This was a beautiful phased project that was completed in 14 weeks. The first phase was the loft conversion which was designed as a master bedroom with an ensuite. This was carried out under permitted development
This project involved a full house interior renovation plus an exterior re-vamp including a new roof, windows and doors. All electrics and central heating were upgraded to current building standards.
The brief was to retain as many original features of the property as possible whilst making it suitable for modern day living. A full re-plaster of the interior was required, along with renewing the insulation. Stud walls were added to create space for ensuites and to increase the storage spaces.
A small extension was added to the rear of the house which was also carried out under permitted development. This completed the rear of the ground floor, which included a new modern kitchen diner installed with Bi-fold doors, giving a complete view of the new refreshed landscaped garden area.
